4. Conducting and advising on all legal aspects of the banking transactions of the Group of companies and their foreign partners executing projects or carrying out business in the State of Qatar.
5. Providing legal advice on all disputes involving comparative Laws of the Arab, Gulf and Foreign countries.
6. I was authorized by the Qatar Authorities to appear before all courts of Qatar in Judicial proceedings representing the companies. I also acted as counsel in arbitral proceedings both locally and before International arbitral Panels in London, UK.
