-Checking and registering of incoming invoices and relating services acceptance documentation.
- Bookkeeping of bank statements, matching them with the invoices.

My main achievement was creating a friendly atmosphere between accounts payable team and
main departments of the Company without violations of the procedures established by Finance
department. The Finance obtained the image of reliance and support, with invoices being paid on
time and with timely eliminating the variations between incoming bills, shipment documents and
terms of the Contracts

Accountant
Accounts payable, accruals posting, fixed assets, Clearing of bank operations (SAP), Processing
of advance reports (Concur), month closing procedures in line with American GAAP requirements,
including:

- Reports on monthly basis on changes in financial indicators in regard to Accounts Payable.
- Deriving from the P&L report COGS figures, splitting them into separate reports based on
business needs (cost-center related, etc.).
- Disclosure of additional detailed information on Balance Sheet lines (AP and Fixed Assets).
- Creating CAPEX projects and reporting on differences between forecasted and actual figures at
the end of the month.
- Entering the postings for the purpose of Russian Accounting Standards reporting, adjusting the
data posted in requirements of American GAAP.

The achievement of working with Dupont was integrating into environment of public company
(listed by SEC), working during a tense period of merging with Dow and dividing into three
separate companies, getting knowledge of SAP accounting system, supporting Company's
operations after the spin-off.

Managing accounting team of two junior employees in an outsourcing company, full accounting
maintenance for 14 Clients (dormant, active and liquidating), which included:

- Control of bank operations, AP&AR transactions, expense reports and payroll calculations,
prepared by junior employees.
- Clients billing and preparing AR documents.
- Monthly intercompany reporting for several companies.
- Quarterly preparing of tax, payroll and financial reports i accordance with Russian accounting
standards.
- Everyday communication with Russian and foreign Clients on the accounting, tax and payroll
issues.
- Preparing documents and official responses to tax requests from the authorities.
Achievements: new experience of financial and tax reporting, experience of being a chief
accountant for medium-sized legal entities and providing swift responses to CEOs and auditors
during a day with simultaneous necessity of meeting deadlines for submitting the state reporting.

Supporing accounting team in an outsourcing accounting Company, and from Sep. 2012 working
as a part of accounting team in its Client, Sony DADC Russia (part of Sony Corp., Austrian
Subsidiary). My responsibilities were:
- Preparing payment orders on daily basis (Citibank, ING-bank, Unicredit, Raiffeisen).
- AP and AR transactions (creating, posting in 1C-system and working with document flow).
- Maintaining operations with services, materials, fixed assets (including customs).
- Preparing HR documents.
- Payroll calculations.
- Preparing documents for tax authorities' requests.
- Full accounting maintenance for dormant companies.
- Everyday communication with foreign Clients (directly and via emails and telephone).

Among my achievements was coordinating the payment process with bank's currency control
dept. and Russian customs for making it possible to process complicated Intercompany
transactions, which allowed the Client to save money on FX-operations.
