- Analyze requirements for materials and other resources for landscaping and irrigation projects.
- Oversee and assist in landscaping installations (turf laying, irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, etc.)
- Repair irrigation systems to perform properly

- Install irrigation as needed
- Supervising all the works of staff and giving them their duties for the day.
- Keeping notes and records of what should be prioritized as per scheduled timeline.
- Applied fertilizers, lime, pesticides, weed-killers, etc.

- Making daily reports to superior of the all the works done and progress of any
project that is being made.
- Operates, maintains and repairs a complex irrigation system, including leaks on the distribution lines, valve risers and electrical system.
-Ensure irrigation system is properly working.
• Responsible for installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects
• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery needed for maintenance
• Perform grounds keeping and villa maintenance duties.
• Mow lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquito, wasps, ticks, and others.
• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
• Sweep walkway of debris.
• Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds
• Assisting the Landscape Foreman in creating new designs for landscaping and to maintain all in good condition through the help of gardeners and casual laborers as required.
• Inspect work for conformance with approve plans, specifications, and standards; including irrigation systems, water lines, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, turf, landscape materials, trees and shrubs.
• Prepare cuttings, grows same for ornamental requirements on the course.
• Plant propagation in nursery.
• Replacing of plants as needed in various landscape areas.
• Maintaining indoor plants.
• Monitors plants condition.
• Grows plants at nursery.
