of Duties : Preparing Itemizations for all Mechanical discipline and make a (PROM).
: Preparation of Daily Progress Report on-going work activities
for the Mechanical (Piping, Supports, Structural, Painting, Insulation).
: Monitoring of contractual schedule and progress based on the construction
execution plan generated by Project Control Department.
: Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Report as per Company
standard.
: Project Cost Control and managing all concerns such as progress
measurements, payments, variation and additional claims.
: Final checking, review and loading of Subcontractor’s monthly Billing
into SAIPEM Accounting Database.
: Verify and approve payment of Subcontractor’s Monthly Billing (COLAV)
and inculcate Signature to finalize Accounting.
: Prepare correspondence to the Clients, to sites, inter-department
and subcontractors.
Preparing Itemizations for all Mechanical discipline and make a (PROM). Coordinates with Cost Engineers, Discipline Superintendents and Subcontractors Representatives in relation to Construction Management and Control. Verify the sequences of the Project Construction Items List, Construction schedule including scope of work change, Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Assists the Contract administration Coordinator and the Contracts Administrator in preparing Change Orders with respect to subcontractors.

: Assist the management system and Quantity Manager for the
creation of the necessary reports.
: Re-measurement of Quantities; checking & verifying Subcontractor’s
Re-measurement submissions ( quantities, compliance with measurement
conventions, contractual entitlement ).
: Changes in the work and variations, examining all quantum justifications
given by subcontractor for any change or variation Request
Change proposal and the like.
: evaluating prices and unit rates proposed by subcontractor and advising
Subcontract administrator accordingly.
Updated & monitoring daily Production Report of Piping, Painting
and Insulation.
: Monitoring of variation orders, site instruction, extra works
Which is not included in the project original scope of work.
: Required to get and checked quantities measurements in all items
Of works executed in different stages for calculations required
for payment purposes.
: Quantity take off and rate analysis according to site situation,
Terms and condition.

: Checking and verifying Subcontractor’s re-measurement

: Evaluating and estimating Site Instruction works that potentially
produce a Change in the Work & assist back-charge .
: Verifying monthly progress and other Subcontractor payments
requests.
: Maintain updates forecast of main quantities, based upon internal
Information received, and maintain files for all re-measurement.

: Periodical Reconciliation of Materials ( Piping & Mechanical ) freely issued
to contractors and to In-house team.
: Final Settlement of contractor’s quantities.
: Provide assistance in terms of working out the quantities and unit rate
analysis for the contract variation works.
: Coordinate with the Construction team, planning team and other
departments for overall performance as a Quantity Surveying.
: Perform the role and undertake responsibility assigned to the position in line
with the companies HSEMS policies.

: Evaluate the project’s performance in relation to the budget and schedule
: Ensure strict implementation of Safety Procedures and the
Company’s Rules and Regulation.
Quantity Tracker - Project Control Department (PCD)
Summary of Duties :
: Monitoring and preparation of daily reports for the manpower,
Piping installation & installation of insulation.
Weekly / Monthly basis.
: Evaluate billing of Subcontractors.
: Perform other duties as may be assigned or required of the Job.
: Attend Weekly Safety / Tool box meeting before execution of
works.
