* Do making fresh sauces, pizza sauce, cream cheese sauce, pesto sauce.

As Commis I Pastry
* Do decorating cakes
* Do baking different types of cakes and pastries.
* Can handle buffet for the guest and do opening and closing procedure.

As Kitchen OIC / Cook
* Do the opening and closing procedure of the store.
* Sanitize the wares, equipments and calibrate it.
* Set-up and prepares equipment such as oven, dough mixer, fryer, burner and Baine Marie,
Pancake griddle and waffle iron.
* Maintain cleanliness while at work and follow in-store rules and regulations.
* Specialties in making pizza, pasta waffle and pancakes.
* Orders, receive and check wet and dry delivery stocks consumed weekly.
* Observe FIFO and FEFO of the product inside the chiller, freezer and stockroom.
* Do Thawing and monitor stocks shelf life regularly.
