To manage the budget, vendors and logistics elements of the TSBT Department which includes infrastructure, physical environment, vendor relationship, purchasing, equipment and consumables stock monitoring, support contract and SLA administration and other administrative works as deemed necessary. Documentation for all related task.
Yearly budget auditing with finance and new budget preparation in coordination with relevant teams. Budget control, monitoring, forecasting, identification and updating sheet with actual budget utilization as well as updating the team on a monthly basis.
Coordinating internal request with users and concerned TSBT unit as per company policy with required approvals.
Manage support and maintenance contract with 3rd party vendors to ensure all TSBT asset support contract are aligned and updated.
Work closely with Network & System and Support team regarding specification of new desktops, servers and other hardware stuff.
Interface with other functions of TSBT services such as Service Level management, Change management, Availability management and Capacity management to ensure adherence to TSBT service management best practices.
Ensure that procurement of TSBT assets are done on timely manner which includes negotiation of prices, request for proposal, follow ups and payment processing.
Manage coordination between IT Service and business unit for all IT element requirements regarding user station movements and new branch office opening.

IT Facilities Officer; managing the IT Asset life-cycle from specification, procurement, maintenance and decommissioning including support and maintenance contract with 3rd party vendors to ensure all IT asset support contract are aligned and updated.
To ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is updated with correct Configuration Item (CI) details at all times. Develop and maintain Software Definitive Library (SDL) and ensure that all copies are stored in a secure area.
To ensure Data Center physical environment is equipped with well-maintained utilities like power, cooling and proper firefighting solutions.
