Contracts independently to render nursing care to post ICU, post stroke and elderly patient in private home and in the hospital.
Performs home visits to post care and post rehab clients.
Provides health assessment and first aid.
Assess clients with their general health needs.
Dispence/administers medicine in accordance with the physician/pharmacist.
Provides immediate nursing intervention during emergency situation.
Provides clinical instruction and supervision for students in the Registered Nursing curriculum.
Generally responsible for attending to the health needs of military personnel and their relatives in coordination with the physician.
Close monitoring and generally responsible for attending to the health needs of patients in the intensive care unit
Generally responsible for attending to the health needs of military personnel and their relatives in coordination with the physician.
Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Assigned in Medical Surgical and Emergency Unit
Close monitoring and generally responsible for attending to the health needs of patients in the ICU.
Participates in or initiates CPR and Codes when necessary.
Assists the physician with procedures and treatments. Administers treatments including sterile procedures.
Work side-by-side with staff nurses to provide primary care to patients with specific diagnoses.
Develops time-management skills and the ability to prioritize nursing care to specific clients.
