• Provides assistance to all passengers to the highest
standard of customer service at the ticket counter, gate and baggage areas, and concourse of the airline they serve at all times.
• Meet and Assist VIP passenger through their departure/
arrival and ensure the hassle free experience inside the
airport.
• Help the passengers process the their visas / Passport
quickly & efficiently through our special counter.
• Sell and provide airport special services to the passenger
as well as to sponsor.
• Accept deliver and process visas of the passengers.
• Act as receptionist in our First and Business Class lounges.
*Answer and transfer calls/inquiries inbound and outbound.

• Handling customer comments and suggestions.
• Handling reservations/bookings and confirmations of different activities
• Party hostessing.
• Keep informed on market wide promotion, LSM and community activities.
• Promotion and Campaign execution
• Executing crew incentives and enthusiasm and crew bulletin memo and updates.
• Monitor promotional materials in good condition.
• Product/ Add on Sales/item sold tracking.
• Store premiums request and inventories.
• Perform crew function
