Responsibilities:
• Preparation of budget and its control.
• Assist management in establishment validity and genuineness of payments.
• Maintenance and compilation of day-to-day financial reports inclusive scrutiny of trial balance.
• Complains of cash flow, income and expenditure account and balance sheet etc.
• Compliance of internal and external auditor reports relating to financial matters.
• Supervision of financial operation including disbursements, remittance, payments, salaries, etc. At Regional DSU level.
• Ensure timely data entries and edit operation and supervision preparation of bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
• Taxation/corporate matters of PRSP. Resolving matters pertaining to banks/banking transactions.
• Assisting DSM for effective monitoring of allocated budget and financial matters.
• Complains with laws and regulations applicable to DSU.
• Any other assignment/duties allocated by DSM/PD-PSU
Responsibilities:
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
