WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
•Reporting to Operation Manager.
•Coordinate day-to-day operation with operation manager.
•Briefing every day to all staff regarding health & safety, MSDS, grooming & antiquates guest relation, company vision & mission & expectation.
•Important to staff reach location as per the given time in duty schedule.
•Maintain timing with the guest services and staff needs.
•Maintain stores item, store in store out, maintaining FIFO making daily operation report (DOR)
•Making monthly consumption report unavailability report all machineries updates reports.
•Preparing M.R and follow up with purchasing department.
•Deals with machineries company representative.
•Inspection all area which is coming under our project.
•Making joint inspection and spot check which building come under my supervision.
•Give information to community information center, any lost & found item.
•Work distribution to all staff and duty allocation.
•Preparing schedule work force against man hours.
•Making necessary plan to execute entire operation.
•Work plans establish priorities.
•Dealing with using chemicals in operation.
To handle & assign 300 manpower for Jedco Jedda Airport project.
To Provide soft service Training for all staffs as per BICS standard .
Daily attend meeting with Jedco client.
Prepare daily work report and send back to OM & PD.
