My responsibilities include (but are not limited to) organizing strategy with the director, and other heads of the Organization. Preparing Budget and feasibility of the event. Establishing constant communication and co-ordination with all the members of the team, ranging from the heads to vendors. Ordering and arranging the equipment; implementing the director’s vision by ensuring the event goes exactly as required. Managing all assets on ground. Aside from this, I ensure the goals set by the heads of the team are achieved in a timely manner along with maintaining money trail, by keeping bills in orders. Preparing expenses on excel. Finally giving all financial details to the company auditor
During my tenure at Team 270 I was part of the senior members. Together we outfitted the perfect blend of talents and individuals as required by the nature of the work we were involved in. Here I not only organized but also led the meetups with Directors, Producers and all the department leads. Not only was the interacting with the higher management, I was also responsible for establishing rapport with all team members. Not only that I would also ensure that the team is equipped with the latest camera and other necessities required for shoot/project. Aside from this, I ensure the goals set by the heads of the team are achieved in a timely manner thereby.
DR Events another venture which I owned and spearheaded. Here I was looking after ensuring consistent & seamless communication with my team along with my vendors. Not only this was also busy with handling client communication, placing the final approved order for the equipment required for making the client requirement a reality in the given timeline & budget.

The venture was spearheaded by myself and hence I was working on meet-ups with the team and Vendors whilst simultaneously keeping in virtually constant communion with Clients. This is never constant barrage of communication from all the levels ensured that was able to arrange the best equipment required for meeting the clients’ requirement in the allotted budget and time constraints
