Planning:-
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management
• Project Management
• Develop monthly look ahead plan for project (quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow).
• Expertise in schedule development subjected to Cost and Resource Loading using Microsoft Project (MSP) software and hence taking approval with client for the same.
• Prepare control budget i.e. Project Accepted Cost Estimate and manage the project budgets by reviewing the cost incurred and forecast costs to complete (JCR) for project WBS.
• Maintain MIS report for project profitability, Project Valuation Report (PVR), Job cost report (JCR).
• Involved in contracts management, project close out and change order management.
• Preparing monthly and final client Bill.
• Reconciliation of direct materials as per the actual consumptions on quarterly basis.
• Tracking of project Progress using Primavera tool and generating Reports for better monitoring and controlling.
• Attending Progress Review Meeting with client and preparing catch up plan (Recovery Schedule) or Time Extension Schedule subjected to revisions and taking necessary approval with client.
Execution:-
• Planning, Monitoring and managing site related activities starting from survey to Hydro Test on various types of units such as Mild Steel Pipeline, Ductile Iron Pipeline, UPVC Pipeline, HDPE and MDPE Pipeline, RCC Pipeline, etc.
• Managing work related to Fabrication of Bends and other fittings through Shield Metal Arc Welding.
• Managing task related to Erection of Valves and Pumps.
• Solving problem related to site activities or Design related issue with Clients and management.

• Studying Project Contracts, Scope of Work, Specification, Drawings, Safety Policy and Quality Plans.
• Preparation, Execution & Monitoring, Testing and Commissioning of all MEP system as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specifications, standard and schedules.
• Insuring proper installation of each activity and solving erection problems if necessary.
• Preparing Preliminary Schedule, Baseline Schedule for the assigned Project considering Cost, Duration and Resources for each and Time Scheduling using Primavera / MS Project and attending meeting with RC for its approval.
• Helping Draughtsman to prepare Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings, Making Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Fixed Price Breakdown, Material Submittals, Pre-Qualification of Suppliers and other documents (Project Procedure Plan, Sanitation Plan, First-Aid Plan, Security Plan, etc.) as per Royal Commission Requirement.
• Tracking and reporting on critical path, keep management informed by creating standards and reports.
• Making Cost Negotiation Breakdown, Sending Claims, and Requesting for time extension in case of revisions, additional scope of work and force majeure (Rain, Heavy Wind, etc.) and attending meeting with Royal Commission management for its approval.
• Preparing Certificate of Initial Acceptance (COIA) and Initial Acceptance Inspection Documents as well as Preliminary Equipment List (PEL), Major Equipment List (MEL) and Recommended Spare Part List (RSPL).
• Coordinating and attending meetings with subcontractor, contractor, consultant, client and suppliers regarding site installation issues or regarding Manpower and equipment hiring.
• Checking material availability by 2 weeks look ahead schedule and prepare material request, site store monitoring, receiving and issuance.
• Monitoring the project budget and try to reduce Expenses and increase Project Profitability without neglecting Specs, Quantity and Schedule.
• Preparing Daily/weekly/Monthly progress reports, monthly summary of materials required, and fabrication, installation at site and manpower reports.
• Preparing Operation & Manual and maintaining documents for assigned projects.

• Heat Load Estimation and Analysis of designs on CAD software.
• Preparing Design Basis Report and Preparation of Tender.
• Preparation of Specifications and Bill of Quantities and Planning and Analyzing completion time required for each activity and Cost Estimation.
• Pump Head Calculations, Drawings Approval and Offers and Rate Analysis.
• Selection of Equipment like Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation fans, Sizing of Ducts and piping.
• Coordination of services with architect And Meeting with client for design approval and Development.
• Types of systems proposed: Central Plant (Air Cooled and Water Cooled), VRV/VRF Systems, Water Cooled Condensing Units, Split Units, Evaporative Cooling Systems, Ventilation system and pressurization system.

• Analyzing the Tender Document and BOQ along with Specifications and preparing cost Estimation Breakdown for each item hence calculating the margin.
• Preparation of Schedule using Primavera tool and submitting to client for its approval.
• Update Daily & Monthly progress, making reports along with S-Curve and then Submitting to Clients.
• Preparation of Resources (Manpower, Materials or Equipment) requirement report against scheduled.
• Monitor critical path and track progress against critical path activities.
• Calculating the quantities of Material required, making purchase request, negotiating with suppliers, Assuring proper delivery and Providing Technical Support & Supervision of Pipe Installation with Material Inspection.
• Updating the progress Quantities and hence raising the invoice accordingly.
• Attending meeting with management and client regarding project progress and presenting the project scenario.
• Follow up with client for Design Drawing, Vendor, Material and other approvals.
• Preparation of Bill statement for Vendor and Sub-contractor.
• Cost Estimation and negotiation with client if any deviation from BOQ Items.
• Preparing Rate Analysis for Sub-Contractor and getting approved from Management.
