Master Gas Line Phase 2, one of Aramco leading pipeline projects which run from East to west of the kingdom.
Abu Jifan/Mazalij Downstream Pipeline. In charge for the live plant scope of work (KHCPF) which include pipelines/Thrust Boring/ constructing the receiver scrappers and thrust blocks for both 16” Gas line & 26” Crude oil line.
Fadhili Downstream Pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and organize the project’s work fronts, prioritize on-site activities and direct the construction team to ensure the most cost-effective execution of construction works.
•Manage and coordinate with the control department, Monitor the schedule and cost control of the project.
•Manage and lead the engineering department to serve the project in the most effective way.
•Lead the daily and weekly meetings internally with the construction team and coordinate with the different departments representatives to achieve the weekly construction targets.
•Lead the weekly progress meeting with the client.
•Set, monitor and adjust the productivity rate and operational targets, communicate them to section engineers and provide the necessary support and directions to maximize the project profitability.
•Forecast the needed resources (people, materials, equipment & plant, tools, etc...), ensure their timely provision on site and set a strategy for their proper allocation and management in a way to boost productivity while optimizing the related cost.
•Supervise continuously the execution of work, cooperate properly with the quality team and the construction team, review the QA/QC reports as well as the client/consultant’s observations, conduct regular meetings and lead the resolution of deficiencies with the concerned section engineer to ensure compliance of work with the relevant designs/specifications/standards and quality requirements.
•Anticipate and solve critical problems, investigate damages/incidents/delays, organize mitigation plans to minimize the cost of any unforeseen disruption, ensure on-site business continuity and secure the overall project’s profitability.
•Provide leadership and commitment toward safety, oversee the proper running of on-site toolbox meetings and make sure safety requirements and regulations are well implemented at all levels to prevent incidents/ill health and safeguard people’s safety.
•Liaise with the client and solve arising problems; oversee and manage the quantity, efficiency and conformity of the subcontractors’ work in order to ensure it is executed as agreed and take all the necessary measures to develop and maintain a mutually beneficial partnership.
•Organize a smooth demobilization plan at the end of each phase of the project in order to ensure an efficient use of resources (people, materials, equipment, tools, etc...).
•Coach engineers at lower levels in order to integrate them in the work and train them to ensure their continuous skill level improvement.

Consultant & Project Management).
Project: Twin Towers @ Sanabis with a construction value of $18.5m. Two buildings each has a 5+18 story and a total built up area of 35, 500 SQM.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead the project, Manage the contractors, monitor the cost and the change orders, manage the interior design and finishing material, material selection within the project budget limit.
•Lead the weekly progress, Quality and safety meetings.
•Define and organize the project’s work fronts, prioritize on-site activities and direct the construction team.
•Review and comment on the contractor’s construction methodology and technical choices and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure a proper execution of work.
•Supervise continuously the execution of work, cooperate properly with the quality team and the section engineers, conduct regular meetings and lead the resolution of deficiencies with the concerned section engineer to ensure compliance of work with the relevant designs/specifications/standards and quality requirements.

Project: Marina West, with an amount of (300 Million USD) and a
Total built up area of (360, 000 square meter).

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist the Project Manager and the planning engineer in the preparation of the project planning, review the work progress and time schedule of each section with the concerned section engineer and provide feedback to update the look ahead planning so that targets could be met.
•Review and check on drawings, specifications, method statements, material data sheets and project specific requirements/documentation, identify problematic design issues or other documentation discrepancies and make recommendations to ensure conformity and efficiency of on-site executed work.
•Define and organize the project’s work fronts, prioritize on-site activities and direct the construction team to ensure the most cost-effective execution of construction works.

Project: Tower B, Executive Towers (Business Bay)

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of directing Tower (B) which has a 53 storey plus three podium floors (car parking).
•Make sure everything is going as planned and all activities are always done properly by supervising the site.
•Produce a day-to-day program for the supervisors and organize labor and equipment assignments in order to give maximum daily production.
•Make sure all work is done within the scope of the drawings and specifications.
•Material ordering and daily concrete ordering.
•Follow up the finishing subcontractors and make sure that all the finishing activities to be done in a very high quality
•Doing the inspections with the QC & Consultant.
• Report to the Construction Manager on daily basis

Project: Two Government Schools

Key Responsibilities
•In charge of all the site activities like the form work, reinforcement and casting the concrete.
•Follow up with the finishing subcontractors and make sure that all the work done as per the specification and in good quality.
•Doing the inspections with the consultant.
•Responsible for the store and purchasing of material.
•Quantity surveying for the project and submitting the payment certificate.
•Report to the Project Manager on daily basis
