Responsible for designing usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web, based on research. Participate in defining and driving strategic direction from a user experience perspective. Taking projects from the POC/Incubation phase into an enterprise-level paid service.
Created scenarios, flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern l ibraries, interaction guidel ines and other artifacts to evolve the user experience. Worked with fel low Designers, Researchers, Program Managers, and Developers to solve problems.
I was responsible for improving Adobe product registration experience. Conducted usability tests, heuristic evaluations and benchmarking analysis, and presented findings and design recommendations to product managers, designers, and engineers. As part of Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) I worked on bui lding, deplo ying, and monitoring secure appl ications and services.
Product Designer / Researcher Dec 2011- Nov 2012 I was responsible for market research and analysis. Proposed future predictions based on the research.
