Company is a leading name in Networking equipment providers in the world today.
They mainly produce Wireless Access Points and the cloud solutions to them.
My Job is cater the different customer's across the globe with their technical queries with respect to the product and environment.
Working in this "Support" profile I get ample opportunities to troubleshoot wireless issue like client connectivity, throughput, latency issue etc.
Additionally, We are also responsible to help the customer's with the queries on the UI (web server which we host on our cloud managed servers for them to use as a management console for their APs at various locations).
Adding to the wireless access management, the product can also be used as a wireless security appliance so it gives us a chances to handle wireless security issues too.
Apart from above we also provide on prem servers (As to provide a point of management for the APs).
So we also deal with issues when it comes to issues with those physical based server which are VM based and we are needed to work on instances of those VM.
I have worked across diverse domains as per organizational requirements and have gained high proficiency and experience in :
· Boot Failure Recovery, Flash Memory Update, IOS Assistance for Cisco Devices on different platform.
· Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting experience on almost all Cisco switches such as Cat 2900, 3700, 4500, Metro Ethernet Switch, Cat 6500 series, complete Nexus Series (2K, 3K, 5K, 7K).
· Working experience on almost all Cisco routers such as Cisco 800, 1800, 1900, ISR and non-ISR, 7600, ASR 900 and 1K).
· Knowledge of optical networking devices.
I was managing the team of guest trackers (Tele callers) and to extract resource to the maximum revenue on monthly target orientation.
Was handling the payment issues of customers.
To maintain co-ordination between the team and the management for smoother transactions.
To handle the accounts and consistently alter the hotels tariffs in line with the current market scenario or in competence with the competitors.
It is a 4 years program which I have joined in 2008. My college is one affiliated to one of the renowned universities in India called Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum (Karnataka) India.
Here in Indian education system it is called Higher secondary (12th) High School +2 Years.
My school was in Gwalior, since it is not in list. I have mentioned Bhopal as the next best possible option to choose here.
