• Line inspection of line pipe prior to any test (Hydro, Pneumatic, Service Test) including review of the
test package to ensure that all required documents are correct and available using approved test
report forms as per ITP.
• Inspection of material before fabrication spools as per approved drawing.
• Checking of pipe spool fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing, bill of materials, QCP
and applicable codes.
• Dimensional Checking, Orientation, Configuration material traceability, Transfer of heat numbers etc.
• Check, verify/review fabricated/erected or installed Lines as per latest isometric drawing for
construction.
• Can perform quality inspection on plumbing fixtures like flush meters, toilet seats, protective
shielding guards, fixture supports, dishwasher air-gap fittings, disposers, urinals, lavatories, individual
showers, ablution faucets, electric water heater etc.
• Preparation of Punch List.
• Coordination with client representation and implementing quality procedures.
• Checking drawings before erection for finished products as per GA Plan drawings.
• Evaluation of work performance rating by the contractors performance and maintaining updated
records.

2. Coordinate All Electromechanical Works with Architecture and Structure Works
3. Supervising and directing the site work.
4. Reviews supplier data and supplier/manufacturer drawings, as required.
5. Make the as-built drawings by auto cad for all the finished works and inspect it to the consultant of the project
6. Preparing the measuring sheets for the installed materials and compare it with the quantities in the BOQ
7. Following up the works in the site and insure that it meets the project specifications and requirement of the end user.
8. Prepare materials submittals for all Mechanical works as per the project specifications and the approved shop drawings.
9. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
