Key Result Areas:
•Fully responsible for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of WTP of TCO, Tengiz, Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
•Main focal point for all contract related issues, deal with both client and sub-contractor, deliver product with full focus on cost optimization.
•Management of full commissioning lifecycle from commencement of systems identification to final Handover.
•Developed and optimized system for turnover to client. Conduct PSSR and liquidate punch items for flawless start up.

Commissioning

Key Result Areas:
•Fully responsible for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of all offsite and utilities of OPAL, Dahej.
•Handled a team of around 125 persons working in different units of the project.
•Ensuring that the OPaL Project is commissioned on time, to the required standard and with no HSE issues.
•Developing plans as per system definition on how future operations to be done with upstream/ downstream integration, supply chain issues.
•Plan and deploy optimum resources as per system definition for Operation Readiness of each activity.
•Develop plan on how Asset will be prepared for receiving and Operating and their readiness.
•Develop plans on how at each stage of the project - concept evaluation, concept development and FEED we would define what is required by future operation for running business, e.g HSE management systems, Production Management system, Supply Chain Management systems.
•Ensuring all commissioning documentation is completed and handed over to the client.
•Management of full commissioning lifecycle from commencement of systems identification to final Handover.
•Developing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures as per CSU Philosophy.
•Coordinate of interdisciplinary interfaces and materials.
•Managing the commissioning team(including supplier commissioning staff) and activities.
•Undertaking systems walk downs and generating punch lists.
•Handles progress reporting at all levels.
•Ensuring close out of punch lists.
•Prepares the commissioning dossiers.
•Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure.

•Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.
•Provide responses to technical queries from the Client.
•Provide adequate commissioning documents such as redline drawings, commissioning packages vendor/manufacturers' drawings, spare parts lists, equipment Operating and Maintenance manuals, plant operating and start‐up manuals and calculation records to client.
•Monitors and coordinates, in collaboration with Project Management Team, all commissioning activities for all systems until handover to operations to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
•Develop CSU schedule and CSU logic in coordination with client

Commissioning

Key Result Areas:
•Fully responsible for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of all offsite and utilities of IOCL Paradip Refinery Ltd.
•Handled a team of around 70 persons working in different units of the refinery project

Supply Chain Management-Production Planning (Refinery & Petrochemical)

Key Result Areas:
•Carried out production planning (Supply Chain Management) of refinery / petrochemical products to utilize the plants and other resources efficiently and maximize the profit.
•Developed plans and protocols thinking all possible future operation and got recognition from Management.
•Served as a focal point between Marketer and Manufacturing, to make necessary coordination with them to adjust demand and supply, keep inventory at proper level and optimization of production units operating rates. Interfacing with marketers and operations departments to setup production plans using SAP.
•Kept track of all products produced their sales and inventories using SAP.
•Monitored and controlled the daily tank inventory and the chemical berth schedule based on the short range operating plan and Nominations by Marketer.
•Evaluated all constraints related to the products that need to be debottlenecked for flexibility and economic purpose.
•Successfully implemented Production Planning tool PICASO.
•Bagged recognition in Petrorabigh

Commissioning PP Plant

•LDPE Project (400 KTA): Technology selection, finalization and project implementation.
•Played a stellar role in day to day process monitoring & keeping abrased with PE plant operations (LLDPE/HDPE-Gas Phase process), HDPE (Slurry process) and LLDPE/HDPE (Solution Polymerization process), bringing out areas of concern requiring attention.
•Carried out:
•Optimization of Production/Grades on all operational lines/plants at various locations (Production Planning).
•Operational variance reports preparations/ analysis/ review & action plan using SAP.
•Major trouble shooting/process upset support.
•Cost reduction by optimization of operations and modification/ improvement in additivations, catalyst, etc.
•Polymer plant systems standardization/implementation.
•Improvements in plant operations/strategies/SOP, etc. to improve product consistency/quality.
