Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints.
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with
vendor to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
* Occasionally travelling to sales stores to deliver reports and labor for store maintenance.
* Coordinating staff schedule once in every two weeks, follow up with sales manager if
any changes required in schedule.
* Arranging meetings, distributing memos and report.
* Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replacement of damaged office equipment.
* Assisting with HR department with jobs posting and interviews.
* Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
