- Al-Rajhi Bank is the world's largest Islamic bank, the region’s most profitable bank with a Market Capitalization of US$ 30 Billion - Currently oversee the Retail Risk portfolio performance reporting, MIS & Business Support which includes Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Analyze data end-to-end including extraction, manipulation and validation.
- Successfully developed & implemented a fully automated Data Mart for Retail Risk using SAS.
- Write complex SQL queries to perform data analysis for portfolio actions and ad-hoc reporting. Carry out in-depth analysis of customer behavior through data mining and advanced statistical analysis using SAS.
- Lead the project of Retail Scorecard Model development with EY (vendor), assisted the development team for smooth execution through different phases.
- Successfully implemented the Retail Application Scorecards on loan origination system "CTF" which helped the Business to take better credit decisions, during new acquisitions.
- Successfully implemented the Behavior Models (full suite covering PD, LGD and EAD) on SAS for all retail products, which provides insight for better portfolio management.
- Validate and maintain Retail Scorecards on SAS platform across all product groups, key validation metrics includes model discriminatory performance (GINI) and model stability (PSI) analysis.
- Successfully implemented IFRS-9 accounting standards, responsible for managing end-to-end project including data management, staging rules preparation and lifetime PD model design across retail product portfolio.

- Designed and implemented strategies to sync with the Group Collections Strategy & Business priorities where different projects were developed to create direct impact on Net Revenue & Cost Reduction.
- Lead the rollout & successful implementation of Balanced Scorecard for Collections & Recovery.
- Successfully implemented Intensity based Scoring Model using SAS for Credit Cards & Personal Loan which helps the business in reducing cost & resource optimization.
- Successfully implemented Bureau based Risk Rating Model using SAS for Recovery of Unsecured Products, which helps the business to identify the propensity of recoveries.
- Supervise the team to monitor Collection systems & participate towards continuous improvement for system development and new queuing strategies.
- Managed team to deliver Daily Collections MIS & comparative analysis, preparing monthly reviews and other management presentations, covering aspects of costs, portfolio performance, opportunities, threats, delinquencies and flows.
- Lead the rollout & implementation of FCR Project (SMS Functionality) which helps the end-user to update CACS through SMS. This project helps the business in utilizing the system in a more efficient & timely manner.

- To deliver detailed financial and behavioral/trend analysis and robust forecasts.
- To prepare Debt Charge budget in consultation with Risk team.
- Review LI number to determine variance against budgeted figures, monitor loss lines and GL reconciliation with host system.
- To evaluate the performance of existing predictive analytical models and demonstrate any need for enhancement or improvement.
- Supervised team to prepare packs/reports such as Vintage Trend Analysis packs, cost packs, MIS decks, Dashboard and CRO Deck and other Group Reporting.
- Successfully implemented the MI framework for Small Business (SB) & Medium Enterprise (ME).
- Supervised team in developing portfolio performance analysis/reports which help business in achieving BASEL-II and regulatory requirement.

Achievements:
- Designed & developed the DATA WAREHOUSE for Consumer Credit comprising of all CB Products (Population approx 26.5M records). Worked as a Project Manager, involved in the following tasks: Design & Build of Database; Investigating & interpreting trends and patterns in data; Determining data quality and recommending data improvements; Preparing business cases and project plans; Provide technical assistance, advice and use database design knowledge to recommend and develop data solutions; Develop technical documentations; Automated Packs/Reports like vintage trend Analysis Packs, MIS Deck, Dashboard and CRO Deck.

- Member of a taskforce for GTO Project, instituted to design more robust controls & procedures for CB - MESA Region; following initiatives were taken by the forum:
(a) Standardized DOIs for MESA Region;
(b) Exceptional handling reports;
(c) Development of automated processes to increase better decisions & business efficiencies.

Achievements:
- Developed an in-house module - eCIB (Bureau Software) based on Oracle & Visual Basic 6.0 for Credit Initiation Department. It is basically a decision tool used for calculating actual Debt Burden of a customer based on his or her internal/external availed consumer loans; also make a decision based on the existing bank’s eCIB Policy.
- Has successfully implemented Debt Manager v6.2 for UAE Operations, worked as a Business Consultant; visited Dubai various time in 2007 to train the trainer for onward guidance to UAE operational staff with respect to Debt Manager.

- Assigned as a System Administrator for Debt Manager, responsible for product enhancements based on the current requirements and strategies of the department.
- Responsible for Monthly MIS required by financial control for reporting Write Offs and Non-Performing Loans.

Achievements:
- Developed an in-house Collection Portal which is integrated to all host systems; besides this developed DM - REPORTING MODULE which provides an automated solution to the daily process of reporting and automated analysis to the higher management.

- Developed an in-house Collection Module based on HTML, ASP and MS Access, which provides an interim solution for Collection Works.
