• Member of the senior leadership team driving the firm’s MENA business strategies
• Active member of the Booz Allen Hamilton operations relaunch in the MENA after breakup from Booz & Company in 2009 where helped setup the Beirut and Dubai offices, design the new operating and people models, recruited a large number of candidates (started with 40 and grew to a 160-strong workforce in 1 year) and help drive the firm’s MENA business plans to execution
• Drove innovation in the digital life platform outlining new business models to deliver to clients on customer analytics, smart cities, and building innovation capabilities within organizations
• Led the Digital Life team in the Middle East North Africa whereby built a sustainable capability to deliver superior advisory to a mix of large public and private sector clients with a team of around 10 leaders and consultants

• Organized a number of elitist senior executive forums, most notable of which was a World Economic Forum session in Davos attended by over 40 CEOs and VPs of global leading ICT industry players, as well as the MENA ICT Leaders Summit which gathered 30 CEOs from the ICT industry to discuss the impacts of digitization
