JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• the Accountant in Data Entry and Sales Entry of the company various shops.
•Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping.
•Do inventory and audit of sales, receivables and stocks.
•Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessary.
•Coordinate reports and other documents required by the Managing Directorfrom other company's business.
•Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
•Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules
•Handling incoming calls and other communications
•Perform receptionist duties when needed
•Other duties as assigned.
