• Extensive training undertaken with coffee specialists.
• Ensuring that payment is made in a timely manner by all accounts under my portfolio.

• As the companies Hotel and Restaurants Account Manager, I am also responsible for the acquisition of new customers.This requires me to go and meet chefs and restaurant management with the aim to add them to our portfolio. I also have the duty of handling current accounts and fulfilling any requirements that will continue successful supply and working
relationships.
• Responsible for a team of 21 members of staff including delivery drivers and product processors.
• With the above-mentioned responsibilities, my working day is anywhere between 12-15 hours, 6 days a week.
