- Plans and coordinates all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes.
- Establishes and conducts internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met and recommends acceptance or rejection of all work in process as well as completed work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
- Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts through timely and accurate interpretation of contract documents.

- Generate a complete coded file of maintainable assets, activities and tasks that feed new EAM / CMMS system.

- All visually / Physically checked and other hazards and warnings and any obvious defects in building system or Assets items observed during survey.
- Enters the data, links the appropriate Preventive Maintenance Procedures.
- Develops new PM procedures as necessary and develops a balanced schedule to optimize labour usage.
- Engineering services department’s research/field survey of equipment specification data, and barcode label installation for use in the MAXIMO computer asset maintenance management system on devices.
- Performed equipment data collection and identification tagging of electrical, and mechanical equipment of all TDIC properties.
- Completing physical walk-downs and asset data collection process, a highly efficient repeatable process. Asset management specialist equipped with lights, ladders, screwdrivers, configured software tools, floor plan survey, etc.
- Accurately read, call, and record the data. Asset labeling and the development of Calibration data sheets are completed as needed.
- Knowledgeable of Maximo’s equipment and location hierarchy structures and are also experienced with many different implementation models.
- Also performs data health checks by performing additional walk-downs, using statistical QC methods.
- Work with the client during their review process right before the data loaded in to the new respository.
