• Review client’s profile, purchase agreement and payment plan.
• Achieve monthly KPIs related to the assigned portfolio.
• Organize one-on-one meetings with the client to finalize the handover
formalities and documentations and ensure the completion of the
same is implemented remotely if the client is not available in UAE.
• Oversee all client’s requests for penalty waivers, area variation and
promotions and liaise with higher management for approvals.
• Planning and implementing the handover process by preparing
documents, booking appointment and utilize the unit preparation.
• Support & assist the CRM Manager by implementing solutions and communicating clearly with other departments to ensure a smooth
handover process and overcome objections.
• Work closely with the handover department during the snagging process to ensure all client’s concerns and inquiries are delivered
through different channels.
• Manage all system activities in line with the daily calendar and ensure all emails and call-back requests are attended accurately and on time.
