Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Develop strategic plans for the company’s growth
- Planning and management of the company’s development within the MEA
- Conductance of competitive analysis and trends to ensure the business plans are in line with target markets in the areas of, but not limited to, health, fitness, education, sport and occupational performance in both private and government sectors
- Evaluation of the financial implications and returns on investment for new opportunities
- Seminars and business function attendance to learn about market developments
- Assistance with training and hiring of new staff to ensure alignment with strategic development plan
- Supporting, and leading, negotiations in relation to contract agreements
- Effective relationships/partnerships building with clients from private as well as governmental entities and ensure they are continually satisfied
- Acknowledgement of all client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task during peak periods of workload

- Performing effective analysis and troubleshooting in order to effectively diagnose and resolve issues

- Locating and/or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential customers

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
1. Interprets health policies and regulations to nursing staff and employees.
2. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies related to clinical services provided by non-physician/non-mid-level providers.
3. Serves as a liaison between physicians, managers, and staff members.
4. Serves as a liaison with the billing department, ensuring proper billing and precertification.
5. Maintains medical equipment and ensures it functions properly.
6. Engages in studies and investigations related to improving nursing care, disease management, patient flow, and patient satisfaction.
7. Inventories, orders and maintains medical supplies.
8. Meets with pharmaceutical and medical supply representatives.
PATIENT CARE FUNCTIONS
1. Provides patient education.
2. Responds to patient telephone calls.
3. Assists patients in scheduling appointments with specialists.
4. Completes pharmacy refills.
5. Conducts clinical follow-up calls.
6. Performs the duties of a nurse as needed.
7. Coordinates the care of study patients.
8. Monitors the quality of patient care.
9. Provides back up to support patient care functions.
BUSINESS FUNCTIONS
1. Identifies / implements cost-effective approaches.
