1. Review of the designations in accordance to the vacant positions available in
the company in regard to the budgeted requirements.
2. Receiving and reviewing the C.V's submitted for the vacant positions in the
company, and streamlining for the screening phase of the recruitment to select
the suitable candidates.
3. Negotiating with the potential candidates in relation to the salary packages,
according to the budgeted remuneration plan set by the company.

4. Ensuring that the recruited candidates have the relevant Qualifications, and
follow-up with the recruitment partner companies to finalize the Visa and travel
arrangements from their home Countries.
5. Organizing for the new staff & workers and facilitating them for the key
induction program and overview of the organizational policies and procedures.
6. Arrangement of the facilities including arrival and post-arrival conveniences
including transportation and accommodation for the newly hired staff and
workers in accordance to their employment contracts and company benefits
strategy.
7. Reviewing the grievance queries of the staff & workers, and ensuring that all
issues are being resolved according to the company rules & regulations.
8. Key role in implementation of the organizational culture and ethics in the staff
and workers, and continuously conducting training seminars to accomplish them.
9. Associating with the joint venture company officials to handle the strategic
Human Resource issues in relation to the staff allocation, manpower distribution
and finalizing the monthly report analysis.
10. Coordinating for the staff & workforce benefits issuance including Medical
Insurance, company enabled Bank ATM cards through contact with the office
representatives responsible for these tasks.
11. Follow-up for the staff & workers KSA residence permit, Exit / Reentry Visa
permits, & Visit Visa requests with liaison through the officials working for these
tasks and Government Relations Officers to issue them.
12. Ensuring that the employees have valid Passports and residence permits in
accordance to their employment contracts and suitable Profession in their permit.
13. Review of the staff / manpower attendance for the delegated offices, and
projects in order to appropriately maintain the monthly Payroll activities.
14. Engage in the Performance Appraisal of the staff, in regard to their delegated
tasks and key performance indicators in reference to their supervisors, line
Managers, and Departmental Heads.
15. Regulate for the staff and workers leaving the company, and implementing
that all necessary steps are conducted in accordance to the Labor Law.
16. Conduct the exit interview from the outgoing staff, and reviewing the causes
of the attrition and highlighting them to the concerning Management.

Student Research Affiliate at University of Salford
