Support Aditus spinal screws fixation system and Kyphoplasty, prepare the proper implants
and instruments sets, and provide training for doctors and nurses.

Installation, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of Baylis Radiofrequency generator,
prepare and connect the Baylis cooling pump for cooled RF procedures. Provide training and

Provide training for physicians, nurses, biomedical departments and office staff on technical
matters relating to our products and therapies through service education programs, seminars,
outside symposiums and workshops.
Assists district manager and in-house training department in education/training of new
employees in the district (therapy consultants, clinical specialists, field clinical engineers, etc.).
Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable.
Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work.
Plan and arrange for local workshops in coordination with Medtronic personnel and
international and local neurosurgeons and pain specialists.
Performs other related activities, as assigned.
