Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships and assist Hiring Managers by delivering high-level
consultative solution-based recruiting services throughout a full-cycle recruiting process.
• Evaluate resumes & applications, source candidates and interview & present the best matched candidates.
• Recruit top notch talent by utilizing Richemont’s job board, job platforms, LinkedIn and many other tools.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process for all the positions, ensuring deliverables are being met.
Hiring Location: Germany & India Industry: Engineering R&D and Digital Transformation Domain: Automotive/Aerospace / IT / Medical / BFSI Roles & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for End-End (Onsite and Offshore) recruitment process across India and Germany.
•Managing positions on ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
•Account management by coordinating with the BD & Technical Managers.
•Onboarding, background verification, visa processing & employee records management.
•Employee relations, compliance and exit clearance.
•Handled additional responsibilities as a PMO and worked on implementation & configuration of the Project Management Tool (Whizible).
