Responsible for handling pre-flight briefing & pre-flight duties, planning meal for
passengers and informing passengers of the Aircraft Safety procedures.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of Current Safety, Security and Cabin Services
requirements and applied them whenever necessary.
Providing satisfactory Customer Service to the PAX.
Handling of Reservation through a software namely, “Flight speed” (Navitaire)
Check -IN counter handling with the software styled “Mini-soft” a part of Navitaire (DCS).
In charge of Boarding Gate to assist the PAX to board the Aircraft.
