Due to Covid Impact the project for which I was recruited was cancelled. Hence helping several team in managing their projects. Yet to play a challenging/defining role.
Trying to address the gaps in Operational Agility (gap between the Customer Experience and the Operations of the Business). Moved towards Robotic Process Automation for increasing the efficiency of the operations and lowering cost. Figured out on both Hard and Soft Savings based on business strategy. Responsible for Process Identification, Business Case Creation, Automation Requirements (AS-IS, TO-BE, Key stroke mapping/click level document), help business teams in Change Management to support combined working of Bot and Teams. Currently working on Revenue Realization for the automation done and this allows to track my success by completing the cycle.
Captured requirements for contact centers for several commercial enterprises. Leading teams for omnichannel opportunities also helped in defining solutions for omnichannel sales, marketing and care.
Started defining solutions as a Business Solution Architect when I was around 4years experienced. This allowed me to envision a bigger picture on investment, returns, and other operational issues. Begun working on ROIs and value streams for the opportunities. This vision helped me move towards Business Enablement to enhance revenue and partner/vendor management. Was working with customer journey analytics and other commercial enterprise intelligence solutions for creating intelligent and personalized customer experience portals.
Commenced career as a Business Analyst in a start-up for B2C applications, defining requirements for websites, mobile apps and concepts for enhancing user experience and engagement.

- Got an opprtunity to test my capabilities with different technologies under guidance of professors - Worked on projects with ship building companies and automobile industries which gave me the first understanding to view projects with a vast and open mindset - Since used to do projects on own as Freelancer/Internship, was involved in requirements gathering through UAT
