PO Management Senior (May 2014 - September 2015):

- Leading a team of seven members which part of their responsibilities is to send purchase orders after auditing to vendors.
- Tracking the orders till manufactured then handed over the orders to shipping department.

Accountant Payable Senior Officer (Jan 2011 - April 2014):

- Auditing payments.
- Auditing orders by article prices, payment term, or incoterm then approve it.
- Preparing the following reports in monthly basis for two branches (Kuwait & Dammam):
1. Analyze Payable accounts and prepare Aging report.
2. Analyze advances account.
3. Analyze CHQ’s in safe and outgoing CHQ’s accounts.
4. Analyze goods in transit account.
5. Analyze goods receipt account.
6. Payment Index report.
7. Petty cash analysis.
8. Preparing payment schedule after receiving the cash budget from treasury and cash management.
9. Consignment report.



Accountant Payable Officer (September 2007- December 2010):

1. Register and audit supplier invoices on a regular basis.
2. Prepare payments and post them in the system.
3. Reconcile vendor accounts.
