Ensured that best safety practices are effectively implemented at ADMA-Project- Construction sites in accordance with applicable UAE statutes and international standards (e.g., ADNOC Codes of Practice), ADMA HSE policies & procedures, and ADMA (site specific HSE policies and procedures during all phases of the Project.
Ensured contractor’s offshore personnel are aware of safe practices/safety rules and all contractors’ offshore construction activities are carried out in line with ADMA Safety rules, regulations and procedures.
Assisted ADMA Rep. to manage all HSE/Diving aspects of the offshore worksite.
Undertaken and documented Risk Assessments, SSA's, Safety Audits, Hygiene Audits, Incident and Accident Investigation, etc ..., enforcing & reinforcing implementation of the ADMA-OPCO HSE Regulations and HSE Focus Plan and Bridging documentation, ensuring compliance with the offshore super complexes and Barge PTW system prior to carrying out the works.
Assessed the risk for all non-routine jobs and along with the contractor HSE-officer sets the control measures to mitigate the risks
Ensured tool box meetings are conducted prior to the job and conduct safety . Meetings to promote personnel awareness in safety rules, regulations and procedures. Provide safety expertise and advice to the line mangers, ADMA Rep., and supervisors on own self inspection of equipment.
Ensured that all amendments and enhancements of safety rules, regulations and procedures are conveyed to all personnel through line managers and supervisors.
Ensured Company HSE procedures and contractor's HSEMS system is in place.
Liaised closely with contractor company site HSE managers in order to ensure alignment with the overall direction and priorities of the HSE programs.
Ensured safe deck and lifting activities are carried out as per approved operating procedure.
