Consulting Manufacturers to our company for Tenders from the Ministry of Oil. Please note this job doesn't have a salary, its on a 5% commission base on profits, from Tenders that I consult for.
Our team was responsible to program, and place more than 400 laptops all around the convention center and hotels in Davos. All systems including printers were connected to our network. Both Microsoft and Linux software were used. This included Security LT's, Kiosks, Staff LT's, and Media LT's.
Handled and managed all business within the Iraqi Sector.
Managing the protocol department of the company.
In charge of leasing different land spots all around the region, for multiple business reasons.
Setting meetings with the Iraq's government officials such as ministers, parliament leaders, etc…
Assigned on handling the company's contracts and development of the public sector of Iraq.
Established my own Iraqi company (For the purpose of easing work for Challenger Limited as a foreign Company in the region).
Managed the running of the Club house for senior members of Shell Oil Company in Doha.
Arranged and organized training sessions, seminars, parties and other event for Shell employees.
Arranged and organized events for Outpost Shell in GGC.
Managed the supply of Welcome Packs for new arrivals to Shell Company all over Doha.
Ensured that employees follow the procedures, and that tasks are finished on time.
Supporting the manager by project updates and timeline.
Arranged and prepared meetings with our clients.
Arranged accommodation and transportation for our foreign clients.
Summarized conclusions of meetings, and followed up until completion of projects.
Arranged the schedules and meeting places for the PTA.
Assisted in managing the fund raising techniques.
Handled events such as Bazaars for the International Community and Embassies.
