• Monitor all operations and infrastructure by going through alerts and logs.

 Ability to compare and differentiate solutions based on features and customer business requirements.
 Building a Bill of material (BOM) for a competitive product.

- Technical Support for Zajil Telecom (ISP) Corporate Customers
- Troubleshooting customer complaints for internet and Data services regardless the media (ADSL-PPPoA, ADSL-PPPoE, SHDSL, Fiber, GPON, ISDN Voice, Wireless and Microwave).
- Troubleshooting data circuits, Fiber, lease lines, L2/L3 MPLS VPN, ATM & Frame Relay Circuits.
- Analyze, configure and troubleshoot small, medium and large size networks.
- Verifying L1, L2 and L3 connectivity for customers' links
- Solve product and network problems of low, medium, and high complexity.
- Troubleshooting starts from DSLAM then Backbone routers going toward Customer side CPE, Router and Switch.
- Opening & following up trouble tickets (Resolving, Halting & Closing) & escalate to L-3 if needed.
- Dealing with different kinds of Cisco routers on daily basis such as
(800, 1800, SOHO97, 6260, 3800, 7000) series, Cisco Switch’s such as (3750, 2950) series, DSLAM MALC, DSLAM New Paradyne (8820) and Cisco DSLAM (6250) series and ISDN voice Modems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN and WAN) in daily operations.
