• Responsible for end to end on-boarding process, starting from the offer acceptance till joining of the new staff. • Maintaining the physical files of the new joiners and updating the details in HRMS oracle system (EMPOWER) and submitting files to Payroll within the TAT. • Initiate Back Ground Check to all the joiners/new staff from ENBD, EIB, Tanfeeth, Emirates Money and Network International. • Preparing daily and weekly basis MIS reports and updates to the business unit.
Answering & receiving phone calls.
Maintaining and organizing paper and electronic documents for Sales & Marketing Department & Storing them properly for future reference. (Delivery Notes, Invoice, Quotations)
Sending faxes and email letter correspondence in matters relat- ed to the office jobs and related works.
Dealing with the Clients.
Preparing the documents for export/local shipments. (Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Invoice)
Communicate with Courier for the shipments (DHL, Aramex, Air- borne)
