a. In Charge of Pavement Division(Cement Bound Material, CBM and Subbase )Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and element of the project. Calculate time frames and sequences the stage of the project.
b. Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project.
c. Prepares status reports, daily and weekly reports and schedules. Keeps and accurate record base on all elements of the project.
d. Prepare and review Method Statement, Material Submittal and Inspection and Test Plans of various activities involved in the construction department.
e. Present procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing HSE procedures
a. Report directly to Saudi Aramco Project Management for all issues regarding Project development.
b. Provide technical supervision of the works of the Contractor.
c. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, Engineers, Contractors and the JSDP representative.
d. Confer with the Construction Supervisors, Resident Engineer and Contractors to discuss and resolve matters such as Shop Drawings, On-Site construction problems and As- Builts.
e. Prepare and submit Daily and Weekly Accomplishment Report regarding the Manpower, Equipment and On-going Activities.
f. Evaluate Project Schedule and Milestones and actions to be taken for the delays.
g. Develop and implement quality control agenda.
a. Direct and manage Project Development from beginning to end.
b. Develop full scale project plans and associated communication document.
c. Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
d. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
e. Set and continually manage project expectations with the Site Engineers, delegate task and responsibility to appropriate personnel, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
f. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, track project milestones, develop and deliver progress report, proposal requirements documentations and presentations.
g. Conduct and create recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
In charge of the Construction and Implementation of The Proposed Ground + Mezzanine Grand Service Station located at Al Qusais 1st, Dubai. Check that all works are in compliance with the Plan and Specifications. Prepare daily work schedule for the particular work items. Coordinate with the Sub Contractors regarding the schedule to be accomplish in order not to delay the target completion date and see to it that the work and materials utilized is in compliance with Plan and Specifications. Submit to the Project Manager the weekly Accomplishment Report and the over all evaluation of the Project.
Over all in-charge for the Construction of a 43 Km. long road located in the province of Quezon.Concreting works with laying of Cement Treated Base course aned aggt base course as foundation.Removal and replacement of damage PCCP, Const'n of 171 lines of new RCPC, 23 lines of RCBC, line ditches and slope protection. Construction of Massive Concrete Seawall structure along the seashore in order to protect existing road from further scouring. Construction of 2.5 hectares Resettlement Area for the displaced families along the the seawall which includes Site Development, Earthwork, Subbase and Basecourse, PCCP with curbs and gutter. RCBC, Drainage and Protection Works, Water Lines, Electricity and Sanitary. Direct Reporting to the Project Director of the DPWH and the Consultant which includes The RENARDET Italian Consultants, Design Science Consultants and the Asian Development Bank Consultants.
Direct Supervision for the Subgrade preparation of shoulder, Aggregate surface course, Asphalt Overlay, Sealing of Cracks and Joints, Removal nad replacement of dilapidated asphalt pavement for the Construction of Asphalt Overlay along Pangasinan-Zambales Road Project and Alaminos -Bolinao Road, Structural Overlay Project. Direct Supervision and Implementation for the Proposed Greenfield South Loop Road which includes Construction and Concreting of 2.4 Km road with 3.75 wide carriageway per lane with 35 Mtr, 4mtr wide RCDG Bridge. Clearing and Grubbing, Roadway excavation and embancment, Subbase and base course, PCCP, RCBC, RC Headwall, Grouted Riprap and Stone Masonry.
Conduct Pre Construction/ Joint verification Survey to check the actual condition of the project. To have a permanent reference of the actual work accomplishment of the Contractor. Computation of weekly and Monthly Accomplishment of the contractor based on the approved Schedule. Prepare quantit take off for the proposed variation order needed for the project. Review and check Progress Billing. Conduct regular Inventory.
Resposible for the efficiency, productivity and quality work of the personnel. Resposible for the consultation with the production department personnel concerning the proper method/procedure required for the routinary test. Supervises and conduct all test needed for the pre construction tyial mixes for shotcrete, grout mixes, concrete mixes in batching plants as well as in the laboratory. Conduct test for the flexural toughness of concrete, aggregates, soils and shotcrete.. Monitoring earthquake vibration, ultra sound test and rockbolt pull out test and bond test.
Supervises the application of all available data, plan, design, detailed cost estimates and studies relevant for the project. Provides specialized supervision on the project control by planning and scheduling daily, weekly and monthly meeting to discuss the actual progress of the project and problems to take necessary corrective steps and remedial measures if the project is behind schedule. Preperes cost estimates, weekly accomplishment and billings for sub contractors. Prepares and sign pertinent papaers relevant to the project activities concerning field operations. Prepares organizational plan for field implementation indicating work to be done by force account.
Prepares most economical and workable design mix to be uaseds for concrete pavement, RCPC and RCBC. Coordinates with the field engineers regarding the type of materials to be used for subbase, backfilling etc. Instructing technicians in what priority test to be performed. Supervision of concrete pouring for both batching plant and in the field. Prepares monthly accomplishment report, maintains and updates the general progress chart and state of phisical accomplishment.
