My primary purpose was to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value to the organisation and to lead in developing and implementing solutions which support successful attainment of strategic goals and organisational performance and to actively seek to improve the quality of the HR service provided to IPS Headquarters, London Regional Office, the Interview Office Network, colleagues and staff, working closely with the Service Centre Managers and Head of HR Operations.
