*Digital Network Gateway Exchange (or IGX, HDX) Technician
*HDX Technician will operates and maintains and programs SL-100 multi-function switch, remotely dials in to resolve maintenance issues and restore system.
*Responsible for performing all service orders (SEVORD) on the switch.
