I am Recruitment Officer with the Dubai office for the Corporate Functions (Logistics, HR, Finance, Loss Prevention, Property, Facilities and Admin) while simultaneously supporting the Food Desk where I recruit for roles ranging from Warehouse Assistants to Restaurant General Managers.
• Successfully handled several busy open days with 500+ candidates for recruitment events across the Middle East keeping in mind nationality quotas, and gender mix.

• Maintain the ATS to ensure the accurate reporting of recruitment management information
• Ensure that all costs & paperwork associated with vacancies are recorded accurately with the ATS and all candidates are captured and managed with the system throughout the recruitment process
• Attend recruitment trips & Open Days, representing the Company in a professional manner
• Prepare job offer documentation in accordance with the agreed job specification so that successful candidates have all the information they require to make a decision

- Preparation of Process Documents (Offer Release, Negotiations, Visa Processing etc.)
