• Successfully handled several busy open days with 500+ candidates for recruitment events across the Middle East keeping in mind nationality quotas, and gender mix.
• Prepared daily recruitment reports to be shared with the Head office in Kuwait
• Adeptly managed internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Maintain the ATS to ensure the accurate reporting of recruitment management information
• Ensure that all costs & paperwork associated with vacancies are recorded accurately with the ATS and all candidates are captured and managed with the system throughout the recruitment process
• Attend recruitment trips & Open Days, representing the Company in a professional manner
• Prepare job offer documentation in accordance with the agreed job specification so that successful candidates have all the information they require to make a decision

- I was a Recruiter with the Talent Acquisition team at the Corporate HQ handling end to end recruitment across all levels and functions (including Retail & IT)
- Sourcing profiles from online portals and social media sites, assessing interest levels, Screening
- Interviewing candidates, negotiating the offer, scheduling in recruitment drives.
- Conducting Psychometric Testing & Personality Assessments.
- Head Hunting Candidates for specific senior management roles.
- Effectively using Social Media portals ( LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook) to head hunt prospective candidates
- Preparing Recruitment metrics on a weekly basis on the status of recruitments to update
- Management of the Group.
- Independently handling Visa processing (Visa, Medical, Labour Card, Emirates ID)
- Collating & Analyzing Group wide recruitment MIS reports, ensuring accuracy of data
reporting the same to the Territory HR Managers.
