• Maintenance of Spare Parts and Test Equipments needed for Operations of Seven Airports in Warehouse.
• Issuing Supply Request to Technical Advisor for Spare Parts or for Test Equipments, Required from Head office.
• Issuing Picklist to the Technicians for burrowing Spare Parts or Test Equipment.
• Scheduling shipment to head office for Repair/Replacement of Spare Parts and Calibration of Test Equipments.
• Develops All FOF Reports, Inventory Reports, Equipment Purchase Reports, Gasoline Reports and submitting it to Technical Advisor and Sector Manager.
• Administer and maintain inventory control program systems and electronic property management.
• Ensures accurate and timely receipt of materials within the facility.
• Approves and maintains time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups.
• Sign payment vouchers in accordance with company policy.
• Responsible for record retrieval and storage.

• Receives inbound freight with precision, assures the assigned time for daily priorities is met, and communicates and resolves discrepancies.
• Records flow information of materials and products and ensures the accuracy.
• Processes all required paperwork to ensure the material transactions occur for all departmental activities.
• Follows all departmental and company safety policies.
• Maximize accuracy, minimize errors and increase inventory accuracy of all parts processed.

• Custom Clearance of both Import and export shipments.
• Clearances for LCL / FCL / Break Bulk / Project shipments / Air.
• Guidance and consultancy on pre and post shipment services.
• Documentation procedures i.e. preparation and handling of documents.
• All pre & post shipment formalities and endorsements.
• Processing all types of Bill of Entries & Shipping Bills as per the various schemes

Recruitment, training and development of all personnel, completed performance reviews and
provided objective feedback; handled disciplinary matters as required.
