Work as a part of a deal advisory team to execute various engagements for the client including valuation, feasibility study, information memorandum, business restructuring, strategy etc;
conduct commercial analysis highlighting market size of the industry, market drivers, competitive benchmarking, demand-supply gap, SWOT, business risk and many more;
build robust financial model explaining the business model of the company/ project and quantify the investment requirement in future;
forecast future financial performance of the company based on the proposed business objective, historical financial and commercial analysis;
prepare detailed information memorandum highlighting key investment points, growth prospect and value preposition of the company;
carry out valuation(s) of business spanning across diverse industries using valuation techniques such as DCF, relative valuation, recent transaction comparable and NAV approach;
develop and prepare project concept note, business plan and financial forecast based on the market research to test the profitability of the Project;
carry out sensitivity, scenario and break even analysis for the Project/ Company;
assist senior team member in developing teaser and shortlisting investors for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deals; and
develop proposals/ marketing document as a part of business development opportunities available in market.
Analysing the financial statement for company/projects, documenting the latest regulation or transaction in system and preparing presentation on various sector;
forecasting the company’s future financial performance in light of economic indicators and industry;
conduct various valuation methodologies such as DCF, relative comparison & recent transaction comparable for company valuation;
independently preparing robust financial projections/models based on economic indicators;
prepare detailed information memorandum for investor; and
prepare sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis and break even analysis for decision making.
Accountable for understanding the business process of company for developing risk monitoring system and analytical reports;
conducted study on the business process of company and identified the risk in the business process;
develop exception and analysis report across all the department including sales, operations, HR etc.; and
Prepare VB code, which will run on the system data (SAP, TMF Universe, RSPM, SAGE CRM etc.) and developed exception reports for the client.
