• Responsible for network and Servers, design, installation and maintenance services.

• Install, upgrade, configure, test, and troubleshoot Servers and LAN/WAN networks.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems;
• Plan and implement network security, including firewall, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, adding and deleting users.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
• Configure the mailboxes and MS Outlook as required.
• Make avail the IT support at exhibition sites of the company.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created and sent off site as necessary.
• Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational/application issues.
• Experience in PABX system.
• Database applications support and management, retrieval of the data and generation of various reports.
