Leads the Site Engineers in accomplishing site works and making sure that targets are met on time.
Coordination among Clients, Subcontractors, and Internal team to ensure that all aspects of the project are in line with the plan.
Preparation of progress report, backlog report, and mitigation plan.
Preparation of program of works and ensuring its strict implementation.
Working on Zutec Data Software for the preparation and submission of Work Inspection Requests, Room Completion, and Snagging/ De-Snagging.
Duties:
• Generally takes charge of the Site Works & Site Management and assists the Project Manager in the project as a whole.
• Coordination with the Airport Representatives, Consultants and Sub-Contractors
• Preparation and submission of all documents required for the project such as:
Mobilization and Work Notifications
Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Material Submittals
Permits and Approvals
Gate Passes, Material Passes, Vehicle Passes and some other passes needed
• Preparation of Daily Activity Report, Manpower Report, Weekly Progress Report and other reports required
• Implementation of plans and specifications
• Monitoring and Inspection of on- going site works
• Preparation of some shop drawings
• Takes charge of the logistics jobs such as:
arrangement of resources required for the delivery, transporting and lifting of materials, tools and manpower necessary for the project
arrangement of temporary facilities such as storage, power supply, scaffolding and equipment
• Assessment and approval of Sub-Contractors' accomplishments prior to Billing
• Constant sending and receiving correspondences
• Other jobs as directed by the Project Manager, General Manager and the Chairman
PROJECTS HELD:
Construction and Maintenance of Villas, Offices & Warehouses
DUTIES:
• Supervision and inspection of on- going site works
• Preparation of drawings (architectural, structural, etc.)
• Estimation/ Quantity Surveying
• Co- ordination with contractors and clients
• Evaluation of contractors’ accomplishments prior to billing
• Assessment of quotations from suppliers and contractors
• Administration jobs such as:
Drafting of Proposals and Lease Agreements for the rental of Warehouses and Offices
Preparation of the schedule of payments for the rental of Warehouses and Offices
PROJECTS HELD:
Construction of residential houses & commercial buildings
DUTIES:
- negotiation with prospective clients to deal a project or contract
- responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring,
and closure of the project
- ensures that jobs are constructed according to plans and
specifications
- responsible for the technical and supervisory aspects of the
project

DUTIES:
- supervision & organization of materials and workers
- implementation of plans and specifications
- monitoring & inspection of on- going construction works

- preparation of paper works such as accomplishment reports, sub-
contractors' billing and project costing
- estimating materials and manpower needed
