Head Event Coordinator -
-Discuss the budget and expectations with management and staff Preparing all the needs of clients / customers Research new techniques and awesome design that fit the occasion within budget Negotiate contracts with clients Schedule staff and set up / clean up crews for the day of the event Oversee each phase of the event to ensure it runs smoothly Process all invoices to make sure clients are paid promptly.
RECEPTIONIST

-Maintaining neat and clean surroundings throughout the premises
-May perform other duties as assigned, including covering reception desk.
