1.People Management - Lead, direct and supervise work of administrative assistants, HR officers and associated department HR coordinators.
2.Strategic Business Planning - Provide consultation on policy changes & updates required on the basis of partnering with executive leadership, voice of employee feedback forms and exit interviews. Identify and plan HR objectives for the year and draw RACI charts for each quarter.
3.Organizational Design - Evaluate organizational design and effectiveness. Identify whether organizational composition fosters steady achievements of organizational objectives
4. Employee Relations - Manage and develop employee relations programs. Use feedback and data to foster organizational changes, build capabilities and collaboration between departments.
5. Recruitment -Manage overseas recruitment operations by planning & negotiating with vendors in order to achieve organizational goals. Prepare demand and request letters for embassies on overseas manpower requirements.
6. Payroll & Compensation- Run payroll and benefit payments using HR Oracle ERP systems. Liaise with finance team to request payments on employee benefits, salary deductions and provide invoice copies for work carried out by vendors.
7. Operations - Liaise with various department for leave & visa applications, insurance claims compliant with Ministry of Labor regulations. Analyze and recommend changes to Oracle system post approval by HR Director. Monitor and respond to queries concerning probation, advance leave salary, code of conduct and discipline.
8. Performance Management - Provide consultation to queries from managers & unit heads for Job evaluation and performance appraisal. Identify trends on performance appraisal feedback forms and propose policy changes where required.
