• Drastically increased database performance by reducing utilization of server resources from more than 65% to 45%.

• Led CommVault and Tivoli (TSM) Back-up System Project to configure back-ups for all SQL and Windows Servers.
• Installed and configured SharePoint 2010 and integrate with SQL reporting services.
• Supported calls related to RDBMS, BI and data-replications, performed root-cause analysis to generate standard scripts and procedures, to resolve according to the SLAs times.
