OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION OPERATIONS IN BOTH ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE FIELD

Key Result Areas:
•To conduct HSE daily observation at site to prevent avoidable incidents due to unsafe act and or unsafe conditions.
•To record any violations or non-conformance act and to submit to site HSE Manager.
•To enforce strictly to the HSE norms as laid down by ADNOC - BOROUGE by all employees at the site.
•To Carry out weekly audit of all supervisors across departments and prepared the weekly audit report for submission to the HSE Manager.
•To conduct detailed investigation on any event/ accident that occurs at the site/container terminals and prepared a report on the same for submission and action.
•To conduct HSE trainings and toolbox talk for work force for critical activities.
•To conduct vessel inspection and to discuss with vessel captain all the HSE concerns for CAPA plan.
•To conduct inspection on STS, RTG`s, Tug master, Trucks, forklift and other critical equipments used at site and to submit the report to HSE Manager for CAPA plan.
•To maintain good housekeeping at site by collecting hazardous waste inventories generated and different operations and to coordinate with Borouge HSE department for safe disposal from site.
•To conduct welfare audit and sanitation and hygiene inspection at site at regular intervals.
•To coordinate with camp boss and to conduct camp inspections and mock drill.
•To Inspect PPE usage at site for strict adherence to site safety rules established by Borouge.
•To worked in coordination with the client to ensure that all HSE norms as established by them are followed by all supervisors and workers.
