7)Direct liaison with the client or its representative at handover, ensuring the availability is required for client care and support during defects liability period.

8)Coordination and preparation of design input, output, validation changes and formal design reviews with the senior project managers.

9)The set up if the site operations in terms of accomodation and facilities and preparation of working programme in terms of labour, plant and timescales.Subsequently for the designation of supervisory staff and labour for work

10)The selection, sourcing and schedulling of all purchased materials, gaining the necessary approvals to procure and ensuring the availability of materials on site within the agreed timescale
