Role and Responsibility:
•Creation and managing SCCM OSD-Task Sequence Management, Driver Management and Patch Injection.
•Handling SCCM Client installation & troubleshooting with Client Action Tool & PS Tool SCCM Client Centre.
•Creation and Deployment of customize SOE OS Images which contains Core applications, H\W specific drivers, Client Specific Customizations, Post Install Applications via PXE and external device (USB).
•Creation of customize image for the ODC’s project as per there client requirements.
•Troubleshooting of SCCM 2007 infrastructure issues like Management Point, Distribution Point and Software Update Point.
•Creating Packages & Applications Programs then Deploy as per the requirement.
•Responsible for managing 260k machines to deploy windows 10 (Pro) using Zero Touch Installation with capturing and restoring the user Data and Software distribution, Security update deployments.
•Adding support to new hardware’s, rigorous testing before the image is rolled out and integrate drivers to the image and support different Desktops and Notebooks for major hardware vendors.
•Additionally, responsible for Development and support of windows 10 (Pro) OS image to the different client and as one-time projects for the business continuity requirements for client.
•Handle L3 support and working on the problem incidents.
•Creation of customized Task Sequence VHD on Capgemini virtual environment VMware.
•Also Develop various Customer tools with GUI interface for the customer as user friendly by Scripting like HTA, VBScript, Batch and PowerShell.
•To keep track of monthly deployments of MS security updates, performing testing and recommending the patches for deployment
•Preparing process Documents like Daily/Weekly Check lists, Process procedures, SOPs, handover documents.
•Creating wrapper Packages, VBScript, Power Shell and batch Scripts to customization/automation for the image creation and application installations according to requirements develops adhering to the client standards and best practices.

•8.9 Years of experience in the development and support of windows 10 (LTSB, CBB & Pro) windows 8.1, Windows 7, XP, XP-Mode VM OS images on multi-platform compatibility and business continuity requirements for client.
•Hands on experience in SCCM operations like SCCM Client Installation, Custom OS creation and deployment, Software Distribution, Patch Management Deployment.
