- Created training system which includes in-house training, internal\external programs and succession plan training.
Assigned as a member of the Promotion Committee. Also, I acted as Personnel and Administration Manager to manage all related staff services and requirements, which entitled me to be acting HR Director in his absence.
Managing over 500 employees' payroll across all their professional life cycle staring from running monthly payroll, rewards and allowances. Including efficiently calculating indemnities and adjustments for promotions or increases.
